Why can’t I see the option to distribute to my social media accounts or WordPress website?

You’ll need to action the link between these platforms and your Advant Plus account by going to the top menu and selecting ‘Linked accounts’ and following the three prompts to reinstate the connection between the platform and your Advant Plus account.

Why has the connection between my linked account and Advant Plus stopped working?

Some platforms have a time limit on being open to third party connections and you may need to just reinstate the connection by going to the top menu, selecting ‘Linked accounts’ and clicking on the red bin button to unlink and then relinking by following the three prompts to reinstate the connection between the platform and your Advant Plus account.
