Why can’t I save my custom article?

There are some mandatory fields that need to be completed in order to save your custom article – for example adding an image.

Why is some of the formatting strange when I create a custom article?

If you cut and paste copy into Advant Plus it can retain formatting from the source that can impact how the HTML displays.

When you cut and past copy in just make sure to use the following short cut which strips any formatting:

Mac: Cmd + Shift + V.

Windows: Ctrl + Shift + V.
